State of Indiana Storm Damage Update

In response to storm activity beginning May 30, Governor Mitch Daniels has directed state agencies to coordinate relief efforts in affected counties across the state. Public assistance forms can be obtained on the Indiana State Department of Homeland Security Web site.

For disaster assistance, disaster center locations, and road closures visit the Indiana Storm Damage Web site.

For flood-related debris disposal information and information on impacted wastewater and drinking water facilities, visit IDEM's Storm Damage Update Web page.
